No Show or Late Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally appointments may be missed for various reasons.

When you miss an appointment without cancelling, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily.

There will be a charge for missed or non-cancelled appointments if 24 hours notice is not given.

There will be a £25 fee for late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and the full fee of £65 or £53 will be charged for missed/no show appointments.
