Registered Osteopath and Sports Massage Therapist
Ed graduated from Oxford Brookes University after four years of full time training. He is fully registered with the General Osteopathic council. Since graduating he has been working in New Zealand within a large multidisciplinary practice in the North Island however having grown up on Exmoor he has now returned to his roots. He has experience in treating all types of patients, from children to the elderly.
Through his training he has an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology and patho-physiology. Ed practices a structural approach to osteopathy which involves joint mobilisation and manipulation coupled with various soft tissue techniques in order to restore correct function to the body. Being a keen sportsman he has a particular interest in sports injuries and their management.
Katarina Stenner MOst.

Katarina graduated from Oxford Brookes University, achieving a merit in her Master’s degree after four years of full time training. She is registered with the General Osteopathic council. Katarina practices osteopathy and cranial osteopathy, and her treatments are tailored to the needs of each individual patient.
Katarina has experience treating all types of patients, from babies to the elderly. She has an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology and patho-physiology. Her Master’s research dissertation on lower extremity biomechanics and low back pain in golfers has given her a profound awareness of the specific problems that sportsmen, in particular; golfers may suffer.
Katarina also has a keen interest in treating pregnancy related dysfunctions, as well as treating babies using the more gentle techniques of cranial and soft tissue. She recently attended a paediatric course in the British School of Osteopathy, which highlighted common issues that affect babies.
Esther De Sere MOst.
Registered Osteopath
Esther is a qualified Osteopath and is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Her treatments are primarily structural but incorporate several alternative approaches in addition to exercise and life style advice. Esther also offers acupuncture/dry needling as part of her treatments.
She graduated from the University of St Mark and St John with a Masters degree in Osteopathy. During her two years of clinical experience in the osteopathic teaching clinic, she had the opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients complaining of different injuries and conditions. Every patient has been treated with the utmost care and has received an appropriate treatment plan adapted to their pathology and have all been treated with care and empathy.
Esther who originates from Belgium, decided to become an osteopath from the age of 8 years old. Ever since she has always been fascinated by osteopathy and it’s approach to the human body.
Kathleen Hill BOst, P.G.CeAce
Registered Osteopath
Kat is an international osteopath, graduating from Oxford Brookes University in 2011. She fell in love with osteopathy after having various dance injuries and seeing the rewarding results of osteopathic treatment. After training as an osteopath Kat continued her education and acquired her PGcE Ace in higher education and has taught as a lecturer on the Osteopathy degree at Swansea University and has also worked as a lecturer in Health and Social care at Gloucestershire College.
Being an osteopath has allowed Kat to travel, this has included working in Whangarei, New Zealand in a specialised paediatric clinic as well as working in Australia, in a variety of locations.
As well as an interest in paediatrics, Kat works closely with many athletes including dancers before and after their competitions, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Kat embraces keeping active and healthy living; she is an advanced yoga instructor (500hr YTT) teaching classes regularly as well as running annual international retreats. She realised early on in her career that physical pain is connected with mental and emotional health which inspired her learning in yoga, meditation and breathwork.
Sarah Rimell BSc(Hons)
Registered Podiatrist
Sarah graduated from Southampton University after three years of full-time training.
She is fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, Registered podiatrist (HCPC Reg no: CH26185).
Sarah has 17 years of experience working in the NHS with the Somerset Foundation Trust as a podiatrist and is now a Senior Podiatrist. Over the years, she has become highly experienced in treating all types of patients and foot conditions. She has also been involved in many service innovations to meet the demands of an ever-increasing patient caseload.
Sarah has also completed The Royal College of Podiatry New vascular module and diabetic foot module which is aimed at postgraduates. Just before COVID she started a rotation in the Acute Specialist Podiatry Service in Musgrove, which enabled her to develop further skills in listening and communicating with patients, relatives, carers and colleagues, to overcome communication barriers, and to deliver seamless patient care.
Podiatry: Aim is to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for a patient. So as a podiatrist we specialise in the foot, which will lead a patient through a journey to include prevention and education, diagnosis, and treatment.
Sarah offers treatment to anyone who has a foot issue or medical condition that is affecting their feet.
From the 1st of October 2023, Exmoor podiatry and footcare will be taken over by Sarah. She will be offering appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays from the clinic. Kat Cross - 'Always Hear' - earwax removal & Microsuction service
Kat is a Paramedic of 25 years and has spent the last 5 years working in Primary Care.
She has trained in earwax removal by Microsuction, which is the gold standard of earwax removal & far safer than the traditional ‘syringing’ method commonly used.

Accredited BACP Counselling Psychotherapist and Supervisor
Jane qualified as an Integrative Counsellor over 10 years ago after a career in education. Her work focuses on the relationships we have and how we manage them.
Jane has completed further training in couples therapy and systemic family therapy. She enjoys working with people of all ages and uses a variety of techniques and modalities to explore the presenting issues.
Working in both short and long term therapy over many years has given Jane a breadth of experience which enables her to work with a diverse client base.
Jane continues to support her work with a variety of training and is an accredited BACP counselling psychotherapist and supervisor.
